What you’ll do
* Oversee all clinical aspects of the practice, ensuring high standards of care aligned with RCVS guidance, industry regulations, and IVC Evidensia best practices.
* Lead clinical governance, protocol implementation, audits, quality improvement initiatives, and mentoring the team.
* Apply advanced clinical expertise in a leadership role with personal and team-wide accountability, in line with the Veterinary Surgeon role profile and RCVS standards.
