Accounts Assistant - 6 months - Hybrid Your new company A well-established organisation based near Liverpool Street, providing full lifecycle facility design and installation for commercial businesses throughout Europe. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our Finance team on a 6-month contract. Your new role This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a solid background in general ledger accounting and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics. You will assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring the smooth running of financial operations during a busy project period. Key Responsibilities Process purchase and sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies. Assist with bank reconciliations and cashbook maintenance. Support month-end processes including journal entries and accruals. Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is filed appropriately. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries. Assist with ad hoc finance tasks and reporting as required. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
