Associate Director - Legal Recruitment - London, City & West End

Recognised for leading expertise in employment law, the firm advises an enviable client base that includes FTSE 100 companies and household names across sectors such as tech, real estate, financial services and consumer goods.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an Employment Associate or Senior Associate (3–6 PQE) to join the growing London office.
You will advise clients on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, often within a fast-paced commercial context involving high value and complex cross-border matters.
Key areas of work include:
* Day to day advisory work for major corporate clients
* Employment aspects of commercial transactions, outsourcings and TUPE transfers
* Employment Tribunal, High Court, and appellate litigation
* Collective consultation matters, redundancies and industrial relations
* High-level investigations, including regulatory-related issues
* Strategic advice on regulatory change and compliance projects
You’ll work closely with a highly experienced team of over 50 employment lawyers, while also collaborating across the firm’s extensive international employment group on multi-jurisdictional matters.
The Ideal Candidate:
* A qualified solicitor with 3–6 years’ post-qualification experience in employment law (candidates just outside this range may also be considered)
* Experience handling both contentious and non-contentious matters
* Strong commercial awareness and confidence advising high-profile corporate clients
* Excellent drafting, client relationship management and communication skills
* A collaborative and personable approach with a genuine enthusiasm for employment law
* A proactive mindset and a desire to contribute to the team’s continued success
* Competitive base salary with annual reviews
