We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Transfer Agency Associate to join our UK-based Transfer Agency team.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for processing complex data, ensuring data quality, and applying due diligence across all tasks. You’ll play a vital role in both project and operational workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and execute complex daily operational tasks including deal input, register maintenance, investor servicing, cash movements, investor calls and reconciliations, ensuring consistently high quality and accuracy.
2. Act as a key escalation point for operational issues, applying sound judgement and proactively mitigating risks while reinforcing a strong and transparent risk culture.
3. Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiency opportunities and leading small‑to‑medium process enhancement initiatives across UK and global Transfer Agency functions.
4. Support the implementation of strategic change, acting as an agent for change by partnering with project teams, providing subject matter expertise, and ensuring successful operational adoption
5. Collaborate effectively with internal departments and global TA teams, fostering strong crossfunctional relationships to improve endt oend service delivery.
6. Take ownership of meeting client deliverables, contributing to client related initiatives and supporting a culture of service excellence.
7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
8. Uphold full compliance with regulatory obligations including AML/KYC, CASS, COLL, Conduct of Business, and Data Protection, ensuring robust internal controls and timely remediation where required.
9. Maintain high organisational standards, supporting junior team members with guidance, coaching, and knowledge sharing to strengthen team capability.

Education & Preferred Qualifications/experience
16. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Transfer Agency within a large, global financial institution.
17. IOC qualification is desirable, or a willingness to pursue it.
18. Solid understanding of AML regulations and the broader regulatory landscape.
19. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel at an advanced level.
20. Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
21. In-depth knowledge of key Transfer Agency functions including: Dealing, Box Management, Settlements & Cash Management, Reconciliations, Investor Onboarding, Registration Investor, Servicing.
22. Strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
