Job Title: Senior Mechanical AC Engineer Location: West London Salary: £45,000 £48,000 per annum Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Mechanical / Mechanical AC Engineer to join a leading facilities management provider, working within a large, critical healthcare environment in West London. This role offers the opportunity to work within a technically challenging environment, supporting critical building infrastructure while developing your career within a well-established engineering team. The Role: Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across HVAC and mechanical systems. Working on AHUs, FCUs, split systems, VRV/VRF, chilled systems, pumps, motors and associated plant. Supporting scheduled installation and remedial works across the site. Acting as a senior/lead engineer, providing technical support to the wider engineering team. Managing specialist subcontractors and ensuring works are completed safely and compliantly. Supporting permit-to-work systems and undertaking AP/RP duties where appointed. Participating in the on-call rota and supporting planned shutdowns or early compliance tasks when required.
