Key Responsibilities
1. Lead a diverse portfolio of privately funded family matters, including high-net-worth and intricate cases, ensuring exceptional client outcomes.
2. Provide expert leadership and mentorship to junior team members, helping them grow professionally while maintaining a strong, cohesive team culture.
3. Build lasting client relationships by providing compassionate and professional guidance on sensitive family matters, ensuring a personal, empathetic touch.

Requirements
5. You're an experienced Family Solicitor with 5+ years PQE and a proven track record of handling complex, high-value family cases.
6. You have strong leadership skills and a history of mentoring and supervising junior colleagues to help them reach their potential.
7. You have a demonstrated ability to build meaningful, long-term client relationships and drive business development.
