Service Desk Co-ordinator / Resourcer – HVAC Division

Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 per annum (DOE) + Benefits
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (early finish Friday)
Holiday: 23 days + 8 bank holidays (increasing with service)

With continued growth across both areas of our business, we are now looking for a motivated Service Desk Co-ordinator / Resourcer to join our Birmingham-based HVAC Division. This is a varied role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment.
The Role In this dual role, you’ll be the first point of contact for service engineers and clients while also supporting our recruitment team in sourcing and placing top talent within the HVAC sector.
Your responsibilities will include:
Service Coordination
Allocating and scheduling work for service engineers
Managing incoming calls and emails
Ordering and tracking parts
Updating and informing clients on job progress
Monitoring outstanding jobs to ensure timely completion
Processing job sheets, quotes, and purchase orders
Ensuring administration processes run smoothly
Recruitment Support / Resourcing
Writing and posting engaging job adverts
Searching CV databases and job boards to identify suitable candidates
Matching candidates to vacancies using our CRM system
Qualifying candidates via phone and video calls
Preparing candidate profiles and marketing emails for clients
Keeping our CRM database accurate and up to date
Supporting with day-to-day recruitment administration What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a service desk or resourcing/recruitment support role, ideally within the HVAC industry
Strong communication and customer service skills (phone, email, and face-to-face)
Excellent organisation and time management with attention to detail
IT literate and comfortable using job boards, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel)
A proactive team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Confident working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
