Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Easington North Community Mental Health Team on 12-month secondment or fixed term basis to cover the current post holders maternity leave.
You will support the team with administration duties and you will be a vital member of our team. Our administration team liaise with patients daily. You will also support with our daily huddles and multi-disciplinary meetings capturing information, documenting in a timely, concise and clear way. You may also need to accommodate urgent requests from senior staff to meet service demand.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK in order to be successfully appointed to this role. Please note, this role does not meet the required eligibility criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa and therefore the Trust is unable to offer sponsorship for this particular role.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be working within Darlington Community HUB and Darlington Community Treatment & Intervention Team. We are co-located at West Park Hospital. We are looking to employ a hardworking, conscientious individual who is able to present themselves in a professional manner. The successful candidate would be required to perform administrative duties, have an understanding of Information systems and be able to contribute to ongoing service development.

They will have an eye for detail and a high degree of accuracy. 1. Level 3 Qualification in relevant field or equivalent experience or willingness to work towards Level 3 in Business Administration.
2. Key skills/functional skills in literacy and numeracy Level 2 OR O Level (Grade C and above/New GCSE in Maths and English (Grade 4 to 9) are an essential requirement to be fully competent in the role
