Seasonal Sales & Operations Assistant

You will be required to work the following days: Mondays Tuesdays Wednesdays Thursdays Fridays Saturdays Sundays. We are looking to cover 8-16 hours per week, Fixed-Term Contract - 3 Months. This seasonal contract will end on 04/01/2026. The rate of pay will be £12.60 per hour. The stores we are hiring for include Braehead.

The role
From driving sales to ensuring smooth operations, you’ll be our brand ambassador who makes the magic happen. You can choose and discuss your preference between two focus areas, with some crossover depending on day-to-day store needs.
Sales: You’ll meet customers, share stories, and help them find the perfect gifts for their loved ones.
* Front-of-house excellence: surpass sales targets with effective techniques
* Personalised connections: bond confidently with customers, adapting to their unique preferences and needs
* Product pro: master Pandora knowledge, delivering unforgettable customer experiences
Operations: You’ll support behind-the-scenes activities to ensure a strong foundation for excellent customer service in a busy environment.
* Prepare click-and-collect orders for customers
* Manage deliveries, process returns, and restock shelves with fresh inventory
* Wrap gifts, engrave jewellery and load gift cards

Important notes
* Contracts will end on 04/01/2026
* You must be available to work on key trading days throughout the contract duration, including weekends and seasonal peak days; we will distribute shifts fairly to avoid requiring you to work all peak days
* You will accrue annual leave in line with entitlement; however, during the busiest period no annual leave will be approved
