At Lily Pad Day Nursery, we're looking for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner who is warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated to supporting children's learning and development in a nurturing environment.
You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality care, fostering curiosity, and helping children grow into confident, happy, and independent learners.
What You'll Do
As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll:
* Provide exceptional physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for all children
* Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment in line with EYFS standards
* Plan and deliver engaging activities that support learning and development
* Observe, assess, and record each child's progress, sharing updates with families
* Support daily routines including mealtimes, rest, and hygiene
* Build strong, positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
* Work collaboratively with the team and contribute to a warm, supportive culture
* Maintain high standards of professionalism, safeguarding, and health & safety
About You
You'll be someone who is:
* Qualified to Level 3 in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
* Passionate about childcare and early education
* Knowledgeable of the EYFS and safeguarding best practices
* Organised, proactive, and a great team player
* Confident engaging with parents and colleagues
* Committed to professional growth and ongoing training

Pay: £29,000.00-£30,500.00 per year
