Senior Workstream Coordinator x3

Our client, a large-scale retailer, is currently searching for 3 Senior Workstream Coordinators to join their team in Uxbridge to support with their incident recovery programme.
Within this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring optimal allocation of resources across multiple projects. This role involved maintaining resource plans, tracking utilisation, identifying capacity gaps and working with the business to ensure new resourcing requests are efficiently filled.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update resource tracker to show a complete list of all resources on the project
2. Monitor resource utilisation and start / end dates
3. Understand resource requirements and qualify requirements effectively
4. Monitor staff availability and allocations across multiple projects
5. Coordinate with senior members of staff and communicate effectively with managers to allow for most optimal allocation of resources
Requirements:
6. 2-3 years' experience in resource management roles
7. Project / People Coordination skillsets
8. Experience working within the retail industry
9. Incident recovery / management experience
10. Proficient in excel
11. Strong analytical skills
12. Create, manage and maintain reports
13. Ability to work independently and with ambiguity
