We're excited to be growing our Industrial and Manufacturing Cost Management team. We are looking for a Project Cost Consultant to join us in delivering high-profile manufacturing facilities for market-leading global clients.
As part of our Cost Management team, you'll be involved in a wide range of projects, from global and high-profile to small and impactful, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Your expertise in planning, estimating, budgeting, and managing costs will drive growth and smarter working.
We work with clients worldwide to create, support, and enhance smart, safe, and sustainable places where people live, work, learn, and thrive, as these facilities impact the quality of people's lives. We deliver as part of a collaborative multi-discipline team to amaze our clients.
In this role, you'll deliver our professional Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services to multi-national and UK clients, working on large industrial buildings, manufacturing facilities, and gigafactories across the UK and Europe.
You will have the opportunity to work on projects from inception to completion. Daily activities include cost estimates/feasibilities, benchmarking, procurement, reviewing and agreeing contractor proposals, and contract management during the post-contract stage.

Qualifications & Experience:
We value passion for service excellence, teamwork, and a drive to transform the world around you. You should be technically capable, passionate about the manufacturing sector (or willing to learn), and committed to delivering exceptional results. Candidates should have:
* MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor (or near attainment)
* Pre and post-contract experience
* Passion for innovation in service and delivering exceptional results
* Experience leading lower value/complexity projects
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Ability to work independently
* Some experience with Digital Cost Management, CostX, 5D BIM, and Benchmarking tools
