This role is for a fluent ARABIC speaker with a SALES BACKGROUND. You will be working for a well known and highly profitable and stable Engineering company. You will use your Arabic every day in this role in order to speak to manufacturers & customers based all over Europe, & in the middle East. This role would NOT suit someone with an old-style aggressive sales manner, and you will need to use empathy, and get to know your customers well in order to build up trust and confidence that will pan the decades .
TITLE: Arabic speaking Technical Sales Manager
Team : Middle East sales ; ENGINEERING
Location: Colchester, Essex
Work style: M-F 8.30-5pm and fully Office-Based
Salary: up to £70,000 + 10% bonus
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Essential experience : Car driver ( the office is not easy to get to on public transport)
Sector experience: Experience of working with the middle east

DUTIES
* Helping to drive growth in the Middle East you will research and identify new opportunities
* Manage a portfolio of existing customers
* Liaise with internal teams and regional managers.
* Send out relevant information
* Attending networking meetings
* Creating a sales plan
* Lead generation
* Answering enquiries for prices and creating quotations
* Providing a tip-top level of customer care in order to create deep relationships
REQUIREMENTS
* Previous sales /business development experience
* Fluent Arabic
* Car driver
* Engineering sector ( or experience of working in a similar technical environment )
