The role of Service Delivery Manager will include:
1. Overseeing repairs, ensuring they are carried out to a high standard
2. Inspecting works completed to ensure these represent value for money e.g. efficient use of materials
3. Managing the performance of the team of operatives
4. Maintaining compliance for health and safety, ensuring this is promoted and adhered to
5. Handling complaints and breakdowns in service to meet customer expectations
6. Working with colleagues to ensure work is arranged, prioritised and completed in an efficient manner
7. Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure the customer is our main focus
Skills and experiences:
8. To ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in any trade or currently undertaking the qualification. As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to bring with them the original certification verifying proof of their qualifications. Copies and CSCS cards will not be accepted.
9. Proven experience of managing a successful team
10. Recent experience of undertaking a similar role, preferably within a building maintenance or facilities management environment
11. Working knowledge of the application of Health and Safety legislation
12. Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
13. Basic user of Microsoft Office packages, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook (or similar)
14. This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid manual UK driving licence

25. £42,435 per annum (rising to £44,669 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
