We are looking for motivated and driven individuals with good values and a genuine interest in the care and support of Older People; with experience of care within a highly complex yet rewarding environment.
Based in one of our 8 residential care homes, the successful candidate will undertake the keyworker role. This will involve creating, monitoring, and reviewing care plans, keeping accurate records of support planning, and ensuring the service user is offered appropriate opportunities, experiences, and support within their care plan. The role will also involve promoting access to local community opportunities and enabling service users to continue living meaningful lives.
We provide ongoing care and support to vulnerable older people. Our services include residential care, respite, STAR unit, and day services.

The Person
Provide care and support that meets the Health and Social Care Standards.
Ability to collaborate with other Council services and partner agencies for effective planning and delivery of care and support.
Flexibility and creativity in working within a dynamic and ambitious team are essential.
Must have or be able to work towards the required qualification SVQ 3, as mandated by the Scottish Social Services Council. It is the individual's responsibility to inform the Scottish Social Services Council once the qualification is achieved.
