We are seeking an Animal Management Lecturer to join our client's educational team in Central London. This role involves teaching Level 1-3 animal care and animal management courses. The successful candidate will deliver a combination of units, including animal husbandry and work experience modules.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Deliver engaging and informative lectures on animal care and management to students at Levels 1-3.
* Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials that meet curriculum standards.
* Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
* Provide guidance and support to students during their work experience units.
* Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, grades, and progress.
* Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance teaching methods and curriculum development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A Qualificationin Animal Science, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
* Professional teaching qualification or equivalent experience in teaching.
* Proven experience in teaching animal care or animal management at various levels.
* Strong understanding of animal husbandry practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
