Job Title: Accounts Administrator Location: On-site Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm Pay: £14 per hour (PAYE) Job Description: An established business is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to support its finance function. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounts administration, with a strong focus on invoicing and credit control. This role requires confidence in communicating with customers and accuracy when handling financial data. Key Responsibilities: Raising and issuing sales invoices Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email Maintaining accurate customer account records Using Sage accounting software for day-to-day transactions Handling customer queries related to invoices and payments Supporting the wider accounts team with administrative tasks as required Key Requirements: Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role Working knowledge of Sage accounting software Confident and professional telephone manner when speaking with customers Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively This is an on-site position with standard working hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm, offering £14 per hour on a PAYE basis
