Why this role matters:

Our Document Controllers are the heartbeat of digital information on our sites—ensuring every drawing, submission, and technical detail is where it needs to be, when it needs to be.

You will collaborate closely with project teams, consultants, and supply chain partners to manage, validate, and maintain digital project information throughout the lifecycle of a build.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Owning and managing the Common Data Environment (CDE)—from configuration and user support to ongoing improvements.
2. Driving information quality control, including validation, classification, workflow management, and distribution.
3. Leading on reporting, transforming data such as information compliance, RFIs, and technical submissions into clear performance dashboards.
4. Providing training and troubleshooting to ensure efficient use of digital tools.
5. Serving as the key contact for CDE-related support with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
