Key responsibilities
As a Legal Administration Assistant, you will support our solicitors and estate agency staff with day-to-day administrative tasks, including:
* Handling telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner
* Preparing, formatting, and managing documents
* Maintaining accurate client and case records
* Filing, scanning, and managing correspondence
* Assisting with property and legal administration tasks as required
About you
We're looking for someone who is:
* Well-organised with good attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office and IT systems
* A strong communicator with a polite and professional manner
* Reliable, enthusiastic, and keen to learn
* Able to handle sensitive information with discretion
Previous office experience is helpful, but
not essential
— full training will be provided. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in administration, with an interest in law, property, or professional services.
