Product Design Manager – Digital Customer Experience Team. Lead and inspire a design team that delivers world‑class customer experiences across sky.com and the My Sky app.
Responsibilities
* Lead Agile design teams; drive the creation of intuitive, evidence‑led experiences across web and app platforms.
* Shape design strategy that aligns with business goals, championing the customer voice and influencing product roadmaps.
* Partner with product, engineering, and other disciplines to ensure solutions meet user, business, and technical needs.
* Drive innovation through AI tools, design systems, and motion principles, delivering seamless, brand‑aligned app‑first experiences.
* Translate customer insights into actionable design improvements, leading workshops, sprints, and research collaboration.
* Own delivery and quality; track CX KPIs; ensure accessibility standards are met across scalable, end‑to‑end journeys.
Qualifications
* Track record delivering world‑class, customer‑centred digital products across responsive web and native applications.
* Experience leading design teams on multiple workloads and complex initiatives.
* Expert‑level Figma skills, including scalable templates, advanced prototyping, and large‑scale component libraries.
* Mastery of accessibility; inclusive design; user research methods to understand customer problems and behaviours; analytics tools (UserTesting, Adobe Analytics).
* Strong storytelling, stakeholder influence, and resilience in fast‑paced, evolving environments.
* Portfolio evidence across People – helping develop high‑performing teams; Process – applying scalable UCD methods with measurable outcomes; Position – influencing strategy and embedding design; Product – producing provable world‑class app‑first experiences with impact.
