Job Description
3. Managing a varied caseload of EL/PL, disease and motor/fraud defence claims.
4. Liaising directly with clients, witnesses, and opponents to progress cases efficiently.
5. Assisting partners and senior team members on complex and high-value claims.
6. Supporting business development, client training, and networking initiatives.
7. Ensuring KPIs, deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
The Successful Applicant
8. A solicitor or equivalent with up to 3 years' PQE in EL/PL personal injury work.
9. Experienced in managing litigated caseloads within the Scottish courts.
10. Skilled in communication, organisation, and time management.
11. Adaptable, proactive, and confident working independently and in a team.
12. Ideally with exposure to motor, disease, or fraud defence claims.
