We are working on behalf of a highly regarded and well-established law firm to recruit an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor to join their growing dispute resolution team based in Birmingham city centre.

Experience Required
* Contentious Landlord and Tenant matters (acting for both landlords and tenants)
* Residential and commercial property disputes
* Boundary disputes
* General property litigation
* TOLATA claims
* Professional negligence claims relating to property
* Broader commercial or general litigation experience would be advantageous
Key Skills & Attributes
* Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, PDF document software, and case management systems
* Advocacy experience or willingness to undertake advocacy when required
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Strong team player with a collaborative approach
* Commitment to business development and contributing to firm-wide growth
* Excellent client care skills with the ability to manage client expectations
The role involves significant client contact, so strong communication skills and a professional manner are essential. You will work under supervision while managing your own caseload as part of a supportive dispute resolution team.
Candidate Profile
* Ideally 2–5 years’ PQE, although candidates outside this range with relevant experience and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply
