About the Role:
Our client is experiencing continued growth within their UK Water business and is seeking Clean Water Modellers / Engineers to support service delivery across a wide portfolio of projects. You will join a large, collaborative, multi-disciplinary team delivering clean water infrastructure, modelling and advisory services to a broad client base across the UK, with opportunities to support international work.
This role involves developing and applying clean water network models to inform investment decisions, improve network performance and support long-term planning. Positions are available across multiple grades, with responsibilities tailored to experience level.
About the Client:
Our client is a well-established consultancy operating across the UK water sector. They deliver clean water and wastewater infrastructure services alongside drainage design, SuDS and surface water management. Their teams work collaboratively across engineering, modelling, GIS and technical disciplines and are supported by strong leadership, flexible working policies and a clear commitment to professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and use clean water network models to investigate network performance and investment needs
Analyse datasets to support feasibility studies and water network improvement projects
Support the development of engineering solutions and provide technical advice to clients
Prepare technical reports and project deliverables
Produce and comply with health and safety risk assessments
Support tender submissions and fee estimates (senior roles)
Supervise and mentor junior staff (senior roles)
Contribute to technical innovation and continuous improvement
What Our Client is Looking For:
Experience or awareness of clean water network modelling
Familiarity with modelling software such as Synergi, InfoWorks WS, EPANET, Infowater (experience level dependent)
Understanding of UK water industry practices and regulatory frameworks (desirable)
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
For senior roles: experience in project delivery, quality assurance, technical leadership and team supervision
