Keynvor Morlift Ltd. is a UK-based integrated marine contractor working worldwide. We own a fleet of vessels, specialised assets, wharves, and a dedicated labour force. With expertise in merchant vessel operations, marine civil engineering (e.g., rock armour and sea defences), salvage and wreck removal, craned heavy lift, subsea cables, and offshore energy projects (including wind, tidal, and wave energy), we are experiencing rapid growth across all sectors. Position Overview- Part-Time Cleaner

We have recently invested heavily in our modern waterside office and yard, creating a high-quality working environment for our team and visitors. We are now seeking a dependable and conscientious in-house Cleaner to help us maintain these unique facilities. This individual will play a key role in upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and care across our premises, ensuring they remain a safe, welcoming, and professional space at all times.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting across all office areas.
* Empty waste bins and replace liners in accordance with the cleaning schedule.
* Clean and sanitise kitchen facilities, including sinks, worktops, appliances, and cupboard exteriors.
* Maintain washroom cleanliness, ensuring adequate supplies are available.
* Ensuring towels from the washrooms and kitchen areas are washed and dried using the in-house laundry services.
* Clear down and sanitise communal areas and meeting rooms.
* Restock kitchen and cleaning supplies as required.
* Monitor the condition of office areas and report any maintenance or health and safety concerns to the relevant manager.
* Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are stored safely and used in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

Essential Skills & Experience

* Proven experience in a cleaning, facilities, or caretaker role
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
* Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
* Understanding of safe handling and storage of cleaning products (COSHH training provided if required).

Working Hours

Fifteen hours per week spread across the five weekdays at a rate of £15.00 per hour

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
