Roles and responsibilities related to the Guest Experience Host/Hostess role:
* Prepare daily VIP list and coordinate VIP room allocations
* Deliver warm welcomes and assist guests with luggage and room moves
* Handle guest requests related to concierge and guest relations, in person and via email
* Maintain smooth traffic flow and support security/emergency protocols at hotel entrance
* Direct deliveries and coordinate with relevant departments
* Liaise with Front Office for accurate transport arrangements
* Support check-in/check-out operations during peak periods
* Offer expert local recommendations to enhance guest experiences
* Ensure front-of-hotel presentation, signage, and flags are well-maintained
* Maintain professional, approachable, and guest-first behavior at all times
About You
You are a warm and personable individual with excellent communication skills and a sincere dedication for creating memorable guest experiences. You excel at anticipating guest needs, providing personalised service, and ensuring every guest feels valued and welcomed. Previous experience in guest service or hospitality is preferred, along with a strong commitment to service excellence.
