We are looking for a passionate, determined, and commercially astute individual, who can marry big business thinking with an entrepreneurial can-do attitude!
The successful candidate will be an experienced Brand Manager responsible for leading the development and implementation of brand plans, including a 5-year strategic plan, to drive brand performance against budgeted P&L and brand health objectives.
About the Role
* Develop, communicate, and implement annual brand plans for your portfolio
* Challenge the business to develop innovative ways to meet brand objectives and deliver a world-class innovation strategy
* Manage all projects and brand initiatives including NPD, pack design changes, BTL, and ATL campaigns
* Manage your portfolio’s P&L to deliver quarterly profit goals, understanding key brand health metrics, and executing clear actions
* Collaborate with the commercial team to develop channel plans, driving opportunities and mitigating risks
* Monitor and control budgeted brand expenditure
* Act as the internal brand champion, driving internal PR and external retailer engagement
* Support the Head of Brand in developing the 1-5-year growth plan, defining the brand’s role within the wider Weetabix portfolio

* Proven experience in Integrated Marketing Communication planning, including new product development, brand planning, and communication strategies
* Creativity, initiative, and successful project management skills
* Ability to evaluate data to inform decision-making
