We work with a diverse portfolio of clients across the technology, smart home, interior design, and building services sectors. Now, we’re looking for a motivated, creative Account Manager to join our collaborative team and grow with us.
💼 What You’ll Do
As an Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our client relationships and campaign execution. You’ll:
* Build and nurture client relationships, acting as a trusted day-to-day contact.
* Develop and implement impactful PR programmes creating and delivering creative campaigns that align with client goals.
* Support internal teams, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.
* Manage budgets and project timelines, ensuring efficient delivery and financial awareness.
* Contribute to new business efforts, bringing creative ideas and strategic insights to pitches.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating PR with broader marketing disciplines.
* Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and in person.
* Think strategically, balancing big-picture goals with attention to detail.

✅ What You Bring
* 2–5 years of experience in PR or communications (agency experience preferred).
* A degree in PR, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or English (preferred).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong media relations and networking abilities.
* Knowledge and practical experience of media monitoring, distribution and management platforms.
* Proven project management and multitasking skills, with an understanding of Asana, Monday.com, Trello or other such solutions.
* Proficiency in Office 365, Canva, and Adobe tools.
* A proactive, organised mindset and a passion for public relations.

💸 Salary: Starting from £30,000, depending on experience
Note: During the 6-month probation period, this role requires full-time presence in our office (5 days a week).
