Role Overview
The Automotive Paint Inspector will be responsible for inspecting painted automotive parts and panels for surface defects and quality issues. You will play a key role in maintaining the standard of finished products, identifying imperfections, and supporting production quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Inspect painted parts and panels for defects such as:
* Dents
* High spots / low spots
* Orange peel
* Scratches in the metal or paint
* Other surface imperfections
* Check paint temperatures and ensure correct application
* Document and report defects in accordance with quality standards
* Work closely with production teams to support corrective actions and continuous improvement
* Ensure adherence to health and safety standards in the work area
