You will play a vital role working as part of a team delivering a high-quality ER service. The Main Duties: Provide timely and professional employee relations support, ensuring consistent and well-informed guidance aligned with organizational standards. Manage a diverse caseload of approximately 30 employee relations matters, offering expert advice to leaders on internal procedures, regulatory compliance, and best practice approaches. Collaborate closely with line managers to build their confidence in handling sensitive people matters, offering practical risk assessments and strategic recommendations. Address employee concerns and inquiries with discretion, clarity, and empathy. Assist senior leaders with the preparation of formal case documentation and contribute to tribunal-related processes when required. Design and deliver training sessions aimed at improving line management capability in addressing performance and conduct matters. Keep up-to-date with evolving employment law and internal policy developments, contributing to periodic reviews and updates. Utilize HR information systems and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office) to maintain accurate records and streamline data management. Draft and review HR-related correspondence, ensuring content is aligned with service level targets and organizational priorities. Necessary Qualifications, Attitude and Experience: Proven Employee Relations experience. Demonstrable ER knowledge covering all elements of employee life cycle. Great customer service skills.
