Shift options: 09:00 - 17:00 or 10:00 - 18:00
Must be available to work at least one weekend day
About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering first-class support to customers, both over the phone and through administrative tasks. You'll be the first point of contact for queries, ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, or in-person
Handling general administrative duties and data entry
Updating customer records accurately
Providing product or service information and resolving issues promptly
