Health & Safety Advisor Location: North Chilterns → Aylesbury Area - HP18 0PX Base: A41 Compound (just outside Aylesbury) Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum Contract: Permanent 3 days in the office, 2 days at home The Opportunity Matchtech are seeking to recruit a Health & Safety Advsior to join a well‑established team supporting the safe delivery of a major HS2 work package. Based from the A41 compound near Aylesbury, you'll work closely with the section SHW Lead and on‑site operational teams to continuously drive safety standards and promote a positive SHW culture across the project. Key Responsibilities Support and promote both Corporate and Local SHW Campaigns across the delivery area. Build strong relationships with operational teams and the supply chain to monitor and improve SHW performance. Track and advise on the close‑out of audit findings, inspections, investigations and corrective actions.
