As the Hotel Revenue Executive, you will play a vital role in optimizing revenue and ensuring rate parity across all distribution channels. Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Revenue, you will also support One Hundred Shoreditch when required. This position demands strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and proficiency in revenue management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to aid decision-making.
* Load corporate rates, packages, and group booking links accurately.
* Monitor inventory, overbooking, restrictions, and group pickup to optimize revenue.
* Assist the Revenue Manager in preparing for the weekly revenue meeting and group pipeline.
* Maintain rate parity across all distribution channels.
* Manage OTAs and update content regularly.
* Conduct rate audits to ensure accuracy.
* Attend revenue meetings, prepare, and distribute meeting minutes.
* Carry out any other duties reasonably requested by the line manager.
Skills and Knowledge:
* Express a keen interest in a Revenue Management career.
* Extensive knowledge of Opera PMS and Sabre Synxis.
* Proficient with Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to evaluate data effectively.
* Strong multitasking abilities, understanding of financial statements, and market data.
* Exceptional organizational and analytical skills for problem-solving.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Knowledge of the luxury/lifestyle hotel sector markets.
