The Role
Everyone on our team has a part to play
* Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap, informed by a deep understanding of customer needs, company strategy, industrytrendsand leadership input to ensure alignment & balance to business goals.
* Define product goals and success criteria, track, manage, and communicate performance and roadmap updates to stakeholders including senior leaders.
* Ownthefull geolocationstack;from the customer experiencein our appsto the data objectsin ourLakehouse.
* Partner closely with product counterparts, engineering, and stakeholders on feature prioritization, riskmanagement, dependency resolution, and bringing solutions to market.
* Shape, inform, and drive execution of product initiatives.
* Collaborate with team members to plan and deliver ceremonies and workshops.
* Participate in and contribute to our communities of practice, sharing knowledge andexpertisewith other product people across the organization.
* Lead and motivatetheteam, provide feedback and coaching where applicable.
Whatwe’relooking for in our next teammate
* Minimum3 years’ experience as a product manager or similar role required
* Proventrack recordof delivering successful and innovative products
* Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects while effectively balancing scope, resourcing, time, and quality
* A strong senseof ownership and accountability for goals and deliverables
* Strongtechnicalskills(data, APIs)
* Experience using AI to boost performance/speed of execution
* Excellent critical thinking skills
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
