What's involved with this role: JOB TITLE: Resident Liaison Officer REF: 000A 39DC / 1 Pay rate: £17.40 per hour PAYE Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Merton) The role: Our client is recruiting a Resident Liaison Officer to join a busy South London housing team on a fixed-term basis. You’ll play a vital role in supporting residents through service changes and regeneration projects—ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met. The role is varied: you might be co-ordinating responses to customer queries, facilitating engagement events, or supporting tenants during property handovers. You'll be a key point of contact between the organisation, contractors, and residents, helping to maintain high customer satisfaction. This hybrid role is based in Morden and offers the chance to make a real difference in the community.
