The Role As the Domestic Services Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of high-quality domestic services across our school. Specifically, you’ll manage our cleaning, laundry and portering teams, and ensure the smooth and efficient running of all domestic operations. You’ll make sure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service are maintained across our school’s facilities, whilst managing the recruitment, training, and performance of your team. Working closely with Houseparents, the Commercial Lettings Manager, and other key stakeholders, you’ll also co-ordinate cleaning and portering support for large-scale school events and residential lets.
