A vital role supporting learner safeguarding, wellbeing and engagement across Apprenticeships, Bootcamps and wider programmes. Ideal for someone committed to pastoral care, learner welfare, inclusion and Ofsted-aligned quality standards.
If youve also worked in the following roles, wed also like to hear from you: Learner Mentor, Student Welfare Officer, Pastoral Support Officer, Learning Support Officer, Pastoral Coach, Engagement Officer.
SALARY: up to£30,000 per annum +Benefits
LOCATION: Hybrid working, which will involve visiting Learners. You will also be required to visit the Head Office in Llandudno. Candidates should reside within the North Wales Border / Merseyside or Warrington regions.
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 37.5 Hours per Week
