About the Role Cartesia is seeking a Product Operations Analyst to join our PRO (Product Research and Operations) team on an initial 3-month fixed term contract, with the possibility of extension. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who is technically capable, has strong instincts around audio quality, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. Your Impact Operate and execute voice production workflows - specifically synthetic voice creation and quality evaluation Annotate audio quality to an extreme level of detail, providing confidence on the quality of a voice and becoming the go-to expert for voice quality across the teams Support with executing research and analysis objectives in the domain of voices Support on ad-hoc tasks within the PRO team - you will need to be flexible, high-throughput, and reliable What You Bring Strong project management instincts — able to juggle multiple workstreams, keep things moving, and never let things slip through the cracks Technical skills; understanding of how API’s work, LLMs, and basic Python/SQL programming skills Experience working with audio (e.g,. voice actor, engineer or linguist), with strong opinions on voice quality Nice to Have Proficiency in using AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude) to execute tasks rapidly without sacrificing quality Research-driven mindset — curious, hypothesis-oriented, and comfortable digging into data to find answers rather than waiting for direction Startup mindset - keen to learn and grow with us potentially longer term Contract Details Rate: £35 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week Duration: Initial 3 months, with possibility of extension Location: In-person at our London Soho Office, minimum 4 days a week IR35 status: Inside IR35 Applicants must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
