Essential Criteria for Prospective Therapeutic Support Workers * You MUST already hold a Level 3 for Residential Childcare or be working towards this * You MUST have a minimum of 1 years experience of working with young people in a Residential or Semi-Independence provision * You MUST Hold a full UK Driving Licence * Undertake all necessary onboarding checks to include a full DBS check * Work in partnership with parents, carers, and other professionals to safeguard and promote the welfare of young people Is this you?
