Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer Salary: £26,000 - £26,500 per annum (depending on experience) Location: WINNER Recruitment, 8 Main Street, Rugby, CV21 3DU About the Role: WINNER Recruitment is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our team based in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for recruitment, compliance, and candidate care. You will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and clients. Key Responsibilities: Advertise vacancies using the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Review applications and shortlist suitable candidates Conduct CV searches on job boards and internal databases Carry out screening calls and interviews with prospective candidates Support candidates through the onboarding process Ensure full compliance by completing registration packs and requesting ID documentation Conduct driving compliance checks, where applicable Liaise with the Account Manager regarding candidates ready for placement Regularly review recruitment needs with the Account Manager Maintain and update administrative trackers Manage and process candidate timesheets Perform regular compliance audits to ensure ongoing adherence to standards Promote live vacancies across social media channels, including LinkedIn What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing role is preferred High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment Confident using Microsoft Office and recruitment systems
