As an F&B / Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the management team in the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant or food and beverage department, ensuring high service standards and a positive guest experience at all times.
Key Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant or F&B operations during service.
Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service standards.
Support, train, and motivate junior front of house team members.
Ensure smooth communication between kitchen and front of house.
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Assist with rotas, stock control, and general operational duties.
Key Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or F&B environment.
Supervisory experience or readiness to step into a leadership role.
Strong communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to relocate within the UK if required.
