Senior Architectural Technician/Co‑ordinator
Residential Housebuilding
Key Responsibilities
* Produce high‑quality, commercially viable housing layouts
* Assist with site feasibility studies and planning submissions
* Manage full and reserved matters planning applications
* Coordinate and manage external consultants
* Oversee multiple live sites at varying build stages
* Prepare drawing packages for tender, construction, and sales
* Support discharge of planning conditions and NHBC requirements
* Liaise with planning authorities, site teams, and internal departments
Candidate Requirements
* Proven residential housebuilding experience
* Strong understanding of planning policy and building regulations
* Competent in managing projects from concept to completion
* Proficient in AutoCAD (or similar CAD software)
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple workloads
