📊 Key Responsibilities
Analyse large datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities
Review and validate transactional and billing data with a high degree of accuracy
Produce insights and reports to support internal decision-making
Support data quality improvements across systems and processes
Identify and contribute to operational efficiency improvements
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer outcomes
Carry out structured, repetitive analytical tasks with precision and accountability 🧠 About You
