Training Administrator – Banbridge
Working hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Thursday; 8am - 3pm Friday
Vickerstock are proudly partnering with an industry leader in the UK and Ireland's Building Services sector, known for delivering innovative, sustainable, and offsite-prefabricated energy solutions to appoint a Training Administrator.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate internal and external training sessions, inductions, and workshops
* Manage all training logistics: venues, materials, bookings, and trainer coordination
* Liaise with external providers on course content, scheduling, invoicing, and cost management
* Maintain accurate training records and certification data
* Track and arrange refresher training based on expiry dates
* Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and internal databases
* Support new starter onboarding, ensuring mandatory training is completed
* Collect and analyse feedback for continuous improvement of training programs
* Prepare training trackers, matrices, and reports for audit and management review
* Support the creation and facilitation of internal training sessions and materials
* Assist in professional development programs, including apprenticeships and NVQs
What you will need to succeed
* Previous experience in a training, learning & development, or HR support role
* High attention to detail and strong data entry capabilities
* Effective communicator (verbal & written), with ability to present to teams when needed
* Strong reporting skills and experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Familiarity with LMS platforms or HR systems
* Professional, discreet, and able to manage confidential information
Desirable
* Background in a compliance-heavy or technical sector (construction, manufacturing, engineering)
* Understanding of CITB, HSE or similar frameworks
* Interest or experience in content creation or training delivery
* Qualifications such as CIPD, IOSH, or NEBOSH
* Experience with apprenticeships or vocational qualifications
