Bespak is looking for an Analytical Quality Leader (Support) for a permanent position for this onsite role at the Holmes Chapel site, CW4 8BE. The salary for this role is £40k to £47k. Other benefits you will receive are 25 days leave plus bank holidays, discretionary annual bonus, generous 10% pension contribution, onsite free parking, and medical / dental / health / life assurance.
Working Pattern – Monday to Friday usual working times of 8:30am to 5:00pm with an 8:30 am to 3:45pm finish on a Friday. There is some flexibility on start and finish times.

As the QC Analytical Quality Leader (Support), you will support the management and co-ordination of Quality Operations laboratory testing teams where required. For example, where a team is without a Team Leader, a team has significant investigations, or support is required when running performance improvement programmes.
This includes:
* Supervise and manage a team of QC Analysts when required
* Ensure all testing is completed to schedule as per registered specifications.
* Responsible for the authorisation of analytical data and batch approval for pharmaceutical finished product, raw materials, intermediates and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) samples
* Provide support to analytical technology transfer, method validation and process qualification for new products.
* Ensure that equipment and materials to perform testing are available and compliant.
Bespak in Holmes Chapel is an Investors in People Silver Award-winning pharmaceutical CDMO with over 350 employees, currently going through a period of significant site expansion. We are investing heavily to increase our capacity for developing and manufacturing sustainable pMDIs (asthma inhalers) with greener propellants, meeting the evolving standards of the industry, while providing comprehensive development, manufacturing, filling, and finishing solutions for a range of medical devices, including SMIs, DPIs, nasal sprays, and medical check valves.
As an Analytical Quality Leader (Support), your duties will include:
* Ensuring the site maintains current GMP standards.
* Reviewing production batch files and QC documentation.
* Managing quality deviations and laboratory investigation resolution.
* Providing quality expertise for projects and troubleshooting.
* Performing regular internal GMP audits and walk-rounds.
* Monitoring process performance to ensure product quality.
Analytical Quality Leader, beneficial key skills and experience:
* Experience within the pharmaceutical industry in a quality role.
* Strong knowledge of GMP and quality management systems.
* Excellent accuracy and a high attention to detail.
* Good communication skills for effective team collaboration.
* Proficient user of MS Office; LIMS/ERP experience.
