We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Customer Success Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in deepening client relationships and driving success.
What You’ll Do:
As a Account Manager at SentiSum, you will:
* Own and grow client relationships : Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring strategic alignment and long-term partnerships.
* Drive strategic success : Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business goals and challenges, and work collaboratively to create tailored solutions that maximize value.
* Lead onboarding and adoption : Oversee the implementation and onboarding process, ensuring clients are set up for success and fully leveraging the platform.
* Identify growth opportunities : Proactively identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and expansion strategies to grow accounts and drive mutual value.
* Collaborate with internal teams : Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver an exceptional client experience and inform product enhancements.
* Monitor and report on account health : Track key metrics, risks, and opportunities, providing regular updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
* Mentor and support : Share best practices and mentor junior team members to support their development and growth.
About You:
We are looking for someone who:
* Has 4+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles in the SaaS or B2B space.
* Is a skilled relationship builder who excels at understanding client needs and creating strategic partnerships.
* Has a proactive, consultative mindset, with a track record of delivering exceptional value to clients.
* Possesses strong project management skills and can juggle multiple priorities with ease.
* Is data-driven and comfortable using metrics to inform decisions and drive success.
* Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about CX and digital innovation.
