Overview
We are seeking a General Manager from a hotel background with experience driving revenue from multiple areas. You know what ’good’ looks like, have operated at a high‑standard, can engage and motivate a team, and are a natural communicator with a commercial mindset.
Responsibilities
You will support the team leaders in each area and also be hands‑on, with a keen eye for detail on how the rooms are presented, the grounds are maintained, and the service and delivery across food and beverage. The team is approximately 50 people. You will be responsible for P&L at this site and have a commercial overview to ensure maximising occupancy, increasing revenue spend, ensuring costs are managed and will be motivated to meet financial targets.
Qualifications
Experience in high‑end hospitality, a commercial mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage and motivate staff. Experience at GM level or as a senior operator seeking to move into a more senior role is expected.
Benefits
General Manager level salary up to £65,000 inclusive of TRONC. Senior Operations Leader salary up to about £85,000 inclusive of TRONC.
