The Assistant Manager will, therefore, need to make certain that standards of customer satisfaction are maintained at all times thus ensuring revenue is optimised. Industry and product knowledge in any of the categories sold by Harvey Norman such as furniture, interiors, cooking, technology, and appliances is preferred - but not essential.
