We are supporting an Financial Intuition on the appointment of a CDD Oversight Manager to lead governance, reporting and performance management across a team of 5-10 CDD Analysts. This mandate is focused on strengthening oversight, improving MI capability and driving process efficiency within a high-volume financial markets environment. The role is not hands-on production CDD - it is focused on team leadership, control framework integrity and operational improvement. Responsibilities Oversight of a CDD/KYC team (circa 5–10 analysts) Ownership of workflow governance and quality control standards Production and enhancement of MI reporting for senior management KPI/KRI monitoring (SLA adherence, backlog management, QA results, ageing) Capacity planning and performance management Identification and implementation of process improvements Stakeholder engagement across Compliance, Front Office and Operations Support with audit and regulatory engagement where required Requirements Proven experience leading a CDD/KYC team within financial services Strong MI reporting capability with exposure to senior stakeholders Experience operating in a capital markets, brokerage, or investment banking environment Demonstrable process improvement delivery (workflow optimisation, efficiency gains, control enhancement) Confident stakeholder management skills Strong understanding of FCA-regulated environments Benefits Mat leave cover until the end of Sept.
