Warehouse Operative (A valid and in-date Flexi (Pivot Steer/Bendi) Forklift Truck licence)
Must be able to easily commute to Tonbridge in Kent and MUST have the relevant right to work in the UK as no sponsorship can be offered for this position.

Working Hours: 8-hour shift (6am till 2pm), Monday to Friday
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team. This role requires an experienced individual who holds a valid Flexi (Pivot Steer/Bendi) Forklift licence and is ready to take ownership of warehouse operations during their shift.
Key Purpose of the Role:
You will be responsible for the effective running of all warehouse activity during your shift. This includes maintaining high standards in Health & Safety, Food Safety, and operational efficiency, while ensuring the timely and accurate handling of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain excellent standards of hygiene and housekeeping in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Promote a culture of "audit readiness" across all warehouse functions
Communicate any issues affecting warehouse performance to the Warehouse Supervisor, such as product quality concerns, late deliveries, or shortages
Ensure all stock is handled correctly, stored safely, and non-conformances are promptly managed
Guarantee that outgoing deliveries meet internal and customer expectations
Maintain clear fire exits and prevent unauthorised access to the warehouse Main Duties Include:
Unloading and booking in deliveries using handheld scanners and WMS
Locating stock safely and accurately within the warehouse
Taking samples of raw materials and packaging as required
Accurate stock labelling and documentation
Managing the Goods-In calendar
Performing daily/weekly equipment and safety checks
Picking and preparing orders for production and wholesale dispatch
Conducting regular stock takes
Loading haulier and courier vehicles for dispatch Essential Requirements:
A valid and in-date Flexi (Pivot Steer/Bendi) Forklift Truck licence
At least 1 year’s experience working in a warehouse environment
Knowledge of customer quality standards
Strong manual handling awareness
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Desirable (but not essential):
Basic Food Hygiene certification
Health & Safety training
