This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Manager to join a subcontractor who specialises in groundworks.

Experience required for this Commercial Manager role:
1. Experience in Groundworks
2. Ability to commercially manage contracts from award to final
3. Strong capability in pricing variations, valuations and cost control
4. Experience handling multiple projects concurrently
Commercially astute and confident working with site and senior management
